    I had to fight 👊 my way through this workout, it took me about twice as long as it should have, but I did it. 🎶🎶 Music on, eyes on the prize. It took many pauses to catch my breath because my lungs and throat were on fire, lots of sips of water, lots of concentration and a few choice words for Autumn, because no matter how hard I try to believe what she says, that I can catch my breath during inch worms, they are still the hardest move for me to do. Yes, I have a cold. 🤒 yes my hip has been sore and not cooperating with me. Yes I am aware that I need rest 😴 and to be careful. I have been resting and modifying.......A LOT. But I'm not allowing this to take me down and make me lose momentum. I have goals damn it. And this year, I and going to crush them. 💪 Even if I hate every minute of cardio along the way. #eyesontheprize #goals #ithinkidiedalittle #80dayobsession #stillsick #cardioflow

I put ALL of my effort into teaching the best PiYo Live class possible on Saturday mornings- which means it takes all the willpower I have to come home and do my own scheduled workout! And no - I DO NOT think you need two workouts a day! If you’re doing the right things, one workout is plenty! But Saturdays are the exception to the rule for me. . Sure, I can forgo the schedule and call it good since I definitely worked hard at PiYo - but some super smart people have created this program and have specific workouts on specific days for a reason.....so I follow the schedule. 👍🏼 . I used to just try to wing it. I tried to go it alone and take a class here and there, go for the occasional run, maybe play around on some gym equipment I had no business playing on 🙄. But that never produced the results I wanted. It was only once I truly committed to a legit program and schedule did the results start to show. Could I follow my own plan today? Probably- because I’ve learned so much from all of these programs over the years. But why would I? The way these programs are laid out takes ALL of the guess work out of it for me. It’s one less thing I have to think about- and trust me, I don’t need anything more to think about. I trust the process. I trust the trainers. I follow the program. And I get results - that simple. .
