    From the first moment I met Ashleigh, I was impressed straight away, not just by her bathroom selfies either :-) Ash is a young woman that has been through more in her early 20's than many 30+ women I know. I'd describe her as a young "organised" mum with a great drive, focus and passion to learn. She's already been through her own weight loss journey and like many people, tower over me.... Although she's been running HBF Group Classes for @conanfitness, this is Ash's first couple of weeks on the ground with abson, so no doubt there'll be nerves and possibly a few hiccups. Please don't hesitate to provide your feedback to support Ash in this initial few weeks which are always tough, especially with our expectations set so high! . . . 🍏Eat 💗Love @ashleighgeorgiaturner with @get_repost ・・・ Okay so this took a lot of guts to post, but I've been feeling very unmotivated lately and a bit down about myself. So I decided to take a look at how far I have come, not only in my fitness journey but also in my mentality. The photo on the left is an extremely embarrassing photo for me but anyways it was taken back in 2015 after having a baby in December of 2014 and also with some weight loss (about 10)... I put all that weight back on and possibly more but I got back into it in February last year. The photo on the right was taken July this year after loosing a total of 24kg since then I've lost about 3kg more. I've still got a long way to go but I need to keep reminding myself to be happy with who I am and to always love myself. Sorry about the big spill and sorry if it doesn't make sense, just thought I'd share and hopefully inspire some people out there. ❤️ remember to keep grinding, I'm always here to help too and we all have out bad days/weeks/months&years aha.
