“What 28 and not married and no kids?” I swear if I hear that one more time...
This post is in no way me being upset- or bragging for that matter. To the elderly individual i understand that you lived in a time where women were married and having babies by the age of 20. I respect that you did that and raised a family with five kids and were a stay at home mom.
To the individual that told me I should hurry up cause I look good holding a baby- thank you my nephews are cute I’ll enjoy hugging and holding them.
To the coworker- yes I have a kid... a fur child. Otis Charleston is my kitty he’s five years old.
To the individual that told me go get my life together. I had my degree and was working full time by 21,bought my house by 23. Then at 26 furthered my education. I also paid for this education by myself. Which allowed me to buy this house I wanted by myself. I also bought my favourite car and a truck I fell in love with and recently upgraded to a brand new set of wheels. To that same individual I have my retirement set up and savings in the bank.
So I’m eliminating age expectations. There are no rules to life and if there were-I’m sure id still break everyone. As for deadlines- I’m constantly reaching them and making new ones. for me today ( Well tonight ) What is my Chest routine ? ( When im in full training that is ! ) Some are shocked at the low volume when i tell them! 💥Shallow Incline smith or dumbbell press - 3 warm up - 1 Heavy set
💥Hammer Decline Press Machine - 1 warm up - 1 heavy set
💥Shallow incline Flyes - 1 warm up - 1 heavy set
💥Dips - 1 set bodyweight - 1 heavy set with added weight
