Breakfast was one slice of full corn bread, 4 slices of cheese, an apple and a Nutridrink with vanilla flavor. Struggled a bit with the drink again... but at least it tasted better than the mango-peach one.
Around 1 am I had an yoghurt because, many doctors were calling saying that it would be better to send me to the emergency room because my pulse, blood pulse and blood sugar was dangerously low. Mostly because I’m not drinking enough liquid, yet... All the nurses keep saying “but water doesn’t even have calories” and of course I know that, but I struggle so much when is about water... But last night I took a whole glass of water AND saftevand, which is a kind of “sugary” water with artificial flavors...and with that my blood pressure got a little better already, and the nurses were really proud. Later on, I talked a little bit more with the nurse and she convinced me to take the yoghurt so my blood sugar could also get better, and then I could sleep peacefully.
Then at 6 they woke me up to check my pressure and sugar again...my pressure was better, but my sugar is exactly the same. It’s like I took the saftevand and yogurt for nothing...😔 But yeah, I’m so sorry for the negativity, I’m just tired mentally.
