    Breakfast was one slice of full corn bread, 4 slices of cheese, an apple and a Nutridrink with vanilla flavor. Struggled a bit with the drink again... but at least it tasted better than the mango-peach one. Around 1 am I had an yoghurt because, many doctors were calling saying that it would be better to send me to the emergency room because my pulse, blood pulse and blood sugar was dangerously low. Mostly because I’m not drinking enough liquid, yet... All the nurses keep saying “but water doesn’t even have calories” and of course I know that, but I struggle so much when is about water... But last night I took a whole glass of water AND saftevand, which is a kind of “sugary” water with artificial flavors...and with that my blood pressure got a little better already, and the nurses were really proud. Later on, I talked a little bit more with the nurse and she convinced me to take the yoghurt so my blood sugar could also get better, and then I could sleep peacefully. Then at 6 they woke me up to check my pressure and sugar again...my pressure was better, but my sugar is exactly the same. It’s like I took the saftevand and yogurt for nothing...😔 But yeah, I’m so sorry for the negativity, I’m just tired mentally.

    Breakfast this morning is 50g(!!!) of Shreddies with a kiwi and half a chopped banana. 50g is my new amount of cereal under my meal plan and feels like masses, although I did have an OCD win this morning - had planned to have cornflakes but spontaneously changed my mind when I got to work and had shreddies.     Morgen esse ich wirklich Nudeln! Morgen esse ich dann wirklich wieder Butter. Irgendwas was wieder schwierig ist. Wie Kartoffeln, Reis, Kuchen. Wie oft belügen wir uns eigentlich selber? Gestern wollte ich wirklich Nudeln essen. Dann gab es im Restaurant keine. Wo wäre dann jetzt das Problem heute welche zu essen. Ich hab keine Lust. Mein Appetit ist ein anderer. Heute irgendwie keine Nudeln. Ich hab mehr Lust auf Salat und Gemüse. Am liebsten nicht mal gekocht. Das ist auch mal okey. Wenn man sich aber jeden Tag bei diesen Gedanken erwischt ist es nicht mehr normal. Und nicht mehr gesund. Man muss sich dann vllt. doch eingestehen wieder abgerutscht zu sein. Man kann sich viel vorlügen. Es irgendwie vertuschen. Sich jedes mal sagen, dass man doch isst und es morgen ganz bestimmt wieder besser läuft. Ganz sicher morgen. Ja morgen ist ein guter Tag dafür.     Guten Morgen💕 gab es diese Monsterportion Apfel Zimt Porridge😰 Ich glaube meine Mutter wollte wirklich nochmal sicher gehen, dass bei der Abwaage alles passt und hat mir deswegen diese Riesenportion gemacht.😅Ich habe alles gegessen, um auch wirklich nochmal davor alles zugeben!     •carb cycling• Good morning, lovely peeps☕️ Today I was craving something higher-fat so I made this avocado salad, paired with paleo crackers, and eggs🍳. - Since yesterday I ate quite higher carb, today I'm eating more fats and proteins. And lemme tell you something. I don't do this because I want to cycle my carbs. Its a natural response of my body and I always eat lower carb after a high carb day. It's how my body works. And I believe that we should all listen to them. Our bodies are smart. They know what they want and what they don't. Despite that, I think carb cycling is amazing if it works for you.     My last day of clinicals this week wasn’t bad! I tried jackfruit. I never heard of it before, but one of the techs brought it in for everyone to try. It smells very good, but it has an odd texture! I came homeand was off work, so I really didn’t do much of anything. I had a stuffed pepper and mac and cheese for dinner. I talked to my dad a little since he got home from his work trip. Then, I laid in bed with my boyfriend the rest of the night. Just relaxing. Ate some chocolate.     Coucou mes Chouquettes, Ce matin, post plus tardif que d'habitude car il y avait 700g de plus sur la balance (je ne le change pas dans la présentation car je me doute que cela doit être du à la rétention d'eau) mais de ce fait je ne voulais pas petit déjeuner !
