🤷🏾♀️ Well It's MYTHBUSTING MONDAY and we are busting some myths around food during pregnancy; the first being fish. 🐠
Many people think the reduction or cessation of fish during pregnancy is the right choice to make. But, actually it's the opposite.
Certain types of fish are jam-packed with essential protein and omega 3 fatty acids. These properties aid in the development of your baby. 🤰2-3 servings of low mercury fish a week are beneficial during pregnancy.
There are of course some fish we should avoid including: swordfish, marlin, king mackerel and shark (just to name a few).
