When I started BBG was when I stopped putting sugar in my coffee. I drink coffee EVERYDAY once a day (sometimes more if I didn't sleep well the night before) and I only put skim milk in my coffee whether it's from Starbucks or I make it at home.
Living a healthier lifestyle isn't about taking out the things that you love, but learning to modify them or to eat them in moderation.
Don't get me wrong...my body doesn't NEED coffee either, but it's something I love, and I get to start my day off with something I love. .
