Attention Thermomixers this is a cooking class you do not want to miss➖➖ ➖➖➖ I’m delighted to announce details of Yolaine Corbin’s @frenchiliciousyo cooking class, to be held at the Neff Market Kitchen at the @southmelbournemarket , Cyril Street South Melbourne, on Monday, November 27.
There will be two classes on that day—a lunchtime event at 12.30 pm, and a dinner show at 6pm.
Yolaine, has been cooking with the Thermomix for the last five years, and before that was a professional cook and pastry chef (she did her apprenticeship at Melbourne’s renowned France Soir). She will create a full-on menu, one that will showcase many of the tricks that come with the Thermomix. Each session will run for around two hours.

Cost for each class is $130 (inc. GST) per person.
All dishes will be for tasting, and, says Yolaine, “everyone will leave with a full stomach”. A door prize and goodie bags, including copies of TMix+ will be included.
