By the age of 23 the average person reaches their maximum level of mobility. Between the ages of 23-75 most people lose 75% of their total joint mobility but it has been proven that a fitness lifestyle that includes proper nutrition, exercise and core strengthening prevents loss of mobility by as much as 80%! If you don't use it you lose it! Maintain movement throughout life. Include exercise, stretching, strengthening, speed training, balance, and make sure to stay in motion. Going to the "gym" needs to be a time of movement. It's not all about how heavy you can lift or how many reps. It's about ACTION, PURITY OF PURPOSE, AND PASSION!
