    for today was a vanilla Ensure was a grilled chicken wrap🌯with ketchup with some Doritos, ANOTHER vanilla Ensure and some G2 was about a cup of halo top red velvet ice cream 🍦 with Golden Grahams and some G2 was a chicken Caesar wrap with ketchup 🌯and grapes 🍇 / was about a cup cookies and cream ice cream🍪🍦with Golden Grahams Today was hard once again, I had a doctors appointment and they’re giving me a week to improve my vitals and weight before they send me to the hospital or residential care. I feel so depressed, I’ve just been crying. Not just about my legs being bigger or gaining weight but just everything is going wrong.     Meal 2: “The Evil Elvis” a Peanut Butter, Bacon, Banana donut 🥜🥓🍌🍩 I die. I love healthy food, but I also love “fun” & unique foods! 🤷🏼‍♀️ So sometimes I make those fun foods part of my day like this donut (I don’t always track this stuff though). To fit this donut into my macros, 1️⃣ I opted for lighter-fats in other meals (like replaced my regular PB with powdered PB in Meal 1) to make sure I had enough fats for the donut and 2️⃣ I tracked the donut early in the day (swipe 👉🏻 to see how I tracked) to work around its macros for other meals! Link in bio📲 - FDOE for fat loss – rest day edition! - *Please note: my calories/macros are specific to my goals and preferences* - I’ve had a few questions about what types of foods I’m eating while dieting and in all honesty, it doesn’t vary a whole heap! There are no specific foods I eat for fat loss. I do try and incorporate more “volume” foods such as zoodles and cauliflower rice, which can fill you up for less calories. Oh and I eat the SAME on rest days as I do every other day. I prefer not to reduce my food as I still need energy for my day and to help my body rest and recover from a week of workouts 🤗 - 🔹Breakfast: Egg white zoats (comment if you’d like the recipe?) topped with raspberries, @myproteinau cookie, @squareorganics bar and @wild_friends nut butter 🔹Lunch: Zoodles + bolognaise sauce with kangaroo mince, shrooms and grated carrot 🔹Snacks: @chobaniau dip with carrot sticks, chobani tub and MyProtein vegan protein bar 🔹Dinner:  Butter chicken with cauliflower rice, steamed carrot and broccoli 🔹Dessert: Tub of @halotopaus peanut butter cup - Total 1850 cals: 172C 58F 154P (52g fibre).     Travel snacks! Bright and early tomorrow I’m off to one of my favorite places, Nosara, Costa Rica 🇨🇷 for two weeks! I tried to pick up healthy snacks that had at least a little protein in them and would be better options than airport snack food. My guilty pleasure at the airport is cheez its...     Dinner was a huge fear food challenge!     Thursday consisted of... One too many shots of coffee🤷🏼‍♀️☕️ & a whole lot of procrastination ( I call it rest to make myself feel better😂 ) No but on a real, everyone needs a breather & I'll wake up early tomorrow & do some work before school. We all feel tired and run down some days & should let ourselves. 🙌🏼 BREAKFAST 7:30am⏰: 2 scoops of oats with soy milk and 1 square of 85% @tescofood dark chocolate + a smoothie with mango, 1/2 orange, 1 kiwi, 2 celery sticks, about 10 green grapes & spirulina💚 + a @costacoffee soy latte (£2.10 only when you bring your own cup!)
