    ✨today’s food✨ —— I’m going to be real. Today was a really bad day for me mentally. Ed’s voice was constantly yelling mean things at me and my anxiety was through the roof because of it.     Feeling slightly under the weather today and took it easy on myself. I tried my best to keep my processed sugars to a low and ate as many whole foods (especially fruits and veggies) as I could ~ 1 pm: @pescience frosted chocolate cupcake, banana, frozen cauliflower, frozen mixed berries, greens powder, cashew milk, stevia, and water ~ 2 pm: serving and a half of @eatenlightened roasted broad beans ~ 2:45 pm: Baby carrots in my @stasherbag snack bag! ~ 3:30pm :Boiled chicken, roasted butternut squash, 1/3 package of Birds Eye Barley and Kale + cauliflower rice. Side of apple slices dipped into @pbfit.official + @pescience peanut butter cookie ~ 5 pm: White chocolate and raspberry @questnutrition bar ~ 6 pm: Cranberry crunch @wellabar bar ~ 8:15 pm: Egg white omelette with peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, broccoli slaw, and spinach. Topped with @traderjoes queso. Fried egg on @foodforlifebaking sprouted bread with mashed avocado (almost forgot to take this picture) ~ Drank PLENTY of water throughout the day and a lot of tea. No coffee unfortunately and my exercise was kept very low intensity with just some walking on the treadmill for about 40 minutes with some light stretching after! Did not want to over exert myself too much.     Not long till I can be more creative with my food and eat more carrot cake oats 🥕🥕 . Officially 9 days out 😐 I’m feeling really good about my physique, but I’m sad it’s coming to an end!     🍴WIAW 🍴 I remembered to take pictures of all my meals yesterday and looking back on it, holy yum! I had a great blend of nutrient dense foods and some treats. Breakfast: protein pancake ( I made an even better version today and I’ll share the recipe later this week) with peanut butter and sliced banana Lunch: Chicken and vegetable stir fry mixed with Asian vegetables and green beans Snack: Mint chocolate RX BAR ( and one unpictured mozzarella cheese stick) Dinner: Vegetable quesadillas on low carb tortillas and steamed green beans mixed with salsa. I sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers then placed that on top of fat free refried beans and cheese then grilled the quesadillas. I used Greek yogurt as a replacement for sour cream. Joseph’s brand now makes low carb tortillas and they’re really good! Snack: 28 g of pepper jack skinny pop popcorn 🍿 . . . I also drank lots of water, 2.5 cups of coffee, green tea, La Croix, and a FITAID.
