I was frustrated bc I spent countless hours exercising and trying new diet/meal plans and progress was slow. I changed nothing except how I fuel my body. I still spend the same hours working out (at OTF bc I LOVE IT)-but simply by changing what goes in the ol’ pie hole has drastically changed my body.
