These results came from one week - ONE WEEK - of pushing myself to exercise every day, sticking to my meal plan, and saying “no, thank you” to all the temptations during the week. It is a way of eating that is a precisely timed consumption of carbs, fats, and protein so that my nutrition is actually doing a lot of work when it comes to losing weight and burning fat! My meals are timed around my workout to help grow my muscles.
This way, I am eating all day and I’m NEVER hungry. I don’t have to wait for certain time frames or guess when to eat. I eat every 2-3 hours and eat a variety of foods. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️
Get fit in the gym, lose weight in the kitchen. Nutrition is 90% of the battle! I contribute most of my results to being conscious in the kitchen and FUELING my body with the right foods.
