    "Invierte en nutricion y ahorraras en medicinas" . Uno de los macronutrientes que radica una gran importancia es la PROTEÍNA, estas son imprescindibles para el correcto funcionamiento del organismo. Generan y mantienen los tejidos de los distintos órganos del cuerpo: huesos, músculos, corazón, tubo digestivo, respiratorio, glándulas endocrinas, cerebro, nervios y piel. _ El problema está en lo que motiva a organizaciones como la FAO Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura en que por decirlo así nuestra "cultura nutricional" se basa en el consumo de grasas y carbohidratos por arriba que el de la proteína. _ Las cifras que barajan los estudios realizados hoy en día van entre los 0,8, 1,5 y 2,5 gramos de proteína por kg de peso corporal. Las cifras pueden aumentar o mantenerse dependiendo del meso tipo y su objetivo sea ganar masa muscular o perder peso, nivel de actividad diaria, o personas con alguna enfermedad crónica. Es cierto que no podemos andar con una gramera todo el tiempo pero si podemos reconocer que existen proteínas de alto valor biológico es decir que mayor cantidad de aminoácidos esenciales y aquellas son: De origen animal 🍖 como el huevo, carnes blancas (pollo, pescado), carnes rojas, y la leche al igual que proteínas de origen vegetal 🌽 que encontramos en legumbres, frutos secos y cereales enteros. Lo más inteligente seria incluir este tipo de proteínas en cada comida para asegurar dichos requerimientos. _ En cuanto a suplementos proteicos estos juegan un papel extra en el cumplimiento de requerimientos de proteína pero no son suplementos cuyo fin sea la sustitución de las comidas ni tampoco son una pócima mágica para "inflar" nuestros músculos. _ Las proteínas no solo es cosa de “musculitos” adictos al gym.     I hardly recognize her. The girl on the left is not only physically a different person, mentally she is a different person. Exercise was a chore, shit walking around was a chore. I had this weird idea that I hid the weight well. Like no one noticed. The new me is stronger, stronger both physically but also mentally. The new me has confidence in my ability to lift that weight on the bar and not the weight on my body. I am not currently sitting at my lightest. I am however sitting at my strongest. My muscle gain is changing my body even more. I’m creating a fire that will build my metabolism and allow me to cut at a much higher calorie value.
