Game changer 🙌🏽🙌🏽 buckwheat is gluten free so if your someone who suffers from an autoimmune disease gluten is best avoided! The protein gliadin activates an enzyme called zonulin! Zonulin interacts with the gap junctions in our gut lining causing them to open, and therefore, intestinal permeability! Intestinal permeability allows proteins to pass through the tight junctions into the blood stream & causes our immune system to react with the proteins! Intestinal permeability has been directly associated with autoimmune disease! So eat the pancakes okay 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Next time you're out and about with your bub and have a spare 15 minutes, why not try this little workout? It can be done anywhere, requires little space and can even help settle your baby! • 1. CALF RAISES: great for strengthening the calf muscles - Gently hold the handle of the pram for balance. Engage your pelvic floor and deep abdominals as you slowly lift up and down on your toes. (You should feel this in your calves). • 2. SQUATS: great to get that booty strong - Grab hold of the handle of the pram, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Engage your pelvic floor and deep abdominals as you lower yourself as though you are about to sit on an imaginary chair. As you stand up, drive up with your weight through your heels & make sure your knees don't go over your toes. • 3. LUNGES: to get those glutes working - Still holding onto the handle of the pram, step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle. Make sure your front knee is directly above your ankle, not pushed too far forward. • Do this twice for ten reps.     ** CHALLENGE UPDATE ** So this Sunday will be the end of my 12th week 😱 I’ve taken my pictures a few days early because I’m away with family this weekend and I can’t promise I’m going to be good🙈(however this weekend off has always been part of the plan) 3 days off plan and then 3 final weeks to the photo shoot 🙌 Another 4lbs lost so total weight loss: 16LBS Another 5 inches lost so total inches lost: 18.5 Definitely feeling a lot more positive about the last 3 weeks and feel I made some good progress!     Do you struggle with your mindset + staying positive with where you’re at NOW? - Are you always like “hurry up already!!!” ⁉️ - Last time it took me 12 months to get my abs back + my mission is to reinforce to all the girls who feel self conscious ‼️aesthetics are ❌not the most important thing in life 😘‼️ - Beauty is what inside 💕 YOU are beautiful no matter where you’re at with your fitness goals ❤️ - My children make me a million times happier than abs! I’m not there yet, but I’m closer than I was yesterday! - These pics show my shape...after having Orlando my first born, then pregnancy with Alessia (5.5 weeks ago) + NOW. - I posted bikini pics earlier this week which reflected my mood of frustration and emotions as progress is slow! - Seriously how we look is such a focus these days, and of course in my job as a Fitness/Bikini Coach + fitness model myself I do sometimes feel the pressure! - But I hope that by sharing my honest journey it can help even a few women understand the journey is slow + our mental health is most important plus the wellbeing of our children 👶 - Abs will come later + the most important thing is to be happy with where you’re at right now. As self love is the biggest game changer on your fitness journey 💕

    Want to build up strength for a handstand? 🤸🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️ These are my favourite 3 drills that helped me the most. 1. Hold (facing the wall) 10-60 seconds 2. Push ups (facing the wall) 10-60 seconds 3. Slow shoulder taps (legs wide and facing the wall 2-5 taps on each shoulder/elbow/hand ⛔️❗️⛔️❗️⛔️ IMPORTANT: I show how to get up (but more importantly) how to get back down, safely. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Hot tip: save some energy for coming back down.
