    Kaj sem dosegla v enem letu treningov in zdrave prehrane? To so moji rezultati in transformacija v roku 365 dni. Na sliki sta dve popolnoma drugačni Anji. Žal nimam slike, ki bi bolje ponazarjala moje nezdravo stanje, ker sem vse zbrisala in se nisem želela gledati. Nekaj mesecev za to sliko, je moje telo šlo samo še navzdol. 17. 1. 2017 se mi je vtisnil v spomin. To je bil dan, ko sem obrnila nov list in rekla konec je s starimi navadami. Počutila sem se nezadovoljno v svoji koži. Napihnjena, nesrečna, nezdrava, celulitasta, brez volje. Trenirala sem, malo ja in malo ne, imela sem po 3 tedne pauze, prenažirala sem se fastfooda, stradala, potem zopet pojedla goro sladkarij, pice itd. To se je poznalo na mojem telesu in tudi psihi. Moj pristop je bil čisto napačen. Negativen. Trenirala sem do onemoglosti, jedla skoraj nič, potem pa se nabasala nezdrave hrane pred spanjem, kasneje obžalovala in spet trenirala kot nora. Rezultatov ni bilo. To nikamor ne vodi. Ta pot te pripelje samo navzdol in do bolezni. Mene je privedla do roba, ko sem se odločila, da se spravim v red. Odrekla sem se vsakodnevnemu vnosu sladkarij, obroke spremenila v zdrave, mvečerje zamenjala za lahke in se odločila, da bom treninge skrajšala, ampak izpustila ne bom nobenega. Res ga nisem, do morja sem trenirala čisto vsak dan, šele takrat sem si vzela teden premora. Prehrana v kombinaciji s pravo mero treningov pa je pokazala rezultate. Končno sem našla ravnovesje! Treniram povprečno 1 uro dnevno, jem normalno hrano, skrbim le za večji vnos beljakovin in manj hidratov ter lahke večerje, ob tem pijem veliko vode in to je to. Sploh ni tako težko. Napredujem iz dneva v dan in se izboljšujem. Tu in tam si tudi privoščim obrok mimo. Srečna sem v svoji koži. Nikoli se več ne želim počutiti kot lani, samozavest je boljšega okusa, kot čokolada. Vedno jo nosim s sabo in z veseljem svoje dosežke delim z vami. Ni tako težko, kot si nekateri mislite, korak za korakom, počasi in sigurno grem naprej. V enem letu se da marsikaj spremeniti v popolnoma drugačno situacijo, fizično, kot tudi mentalno. Ne trpim, ne odrekam se, vse počnem z namenom in po lastni želji, ker vem, kam grem in kaj bom dosegla. Srečna.

Realiza antes de tus entrenamientos de pierna-glúteo ejercicios de movilidad y estiramientos dinámicos, estira al finalizar (con calma) y dedícales alguna sesión aislada para ganar elasticidad y resistencia muscular.     ⏰🕰⏱⏳⌛️When you are really short of time, you can split your workout in 2: e.g. lower body and core in the morning just out of bed; upper body and core in the pm, after work.⏳⌛️⏱ If you are doing very short sessions, make sure you do them at a good speed and adding a good deal of resistance to your movement.
