After finishing up my back exercises I turned focus on lagging areas like by Biceps and Shoulders.
Proportions are the name of the game and if your skipping out on a body part then thats for a couple reasons depending on what you're trying to achieve in the gym.
But I am currently adding frequency to my shoulders and arms as I look to do a few shoots in February and March and compete in April...?!?😳
