    I have a bum right knee. It’s been shit for years, but I overworked it anyway over the last couple months. About a week ago, it got to a breaking point. Squats, leg press, anything that required a bend with pressure was excruciating. I knew I fucked up. So I went to my chiropractor and along with a much needed adjustment, he informed me my squat form is not great. My knees were going too far forward and not getting that 90Β° angle. He said I should be able to look down in a squat and still see my toes. So today I tried again, slowly, with low reps and low weight. Felt much better, and I think looks a bit better too.
