I smashed hamstrings and glutes last night, with some calves, can’t forget the baby cows. 🐮 hamstring day always makes me feel so strong, I’m always in awe of what my body can lift. I filmed three workouts for you guys try out on your next leg day!
1️⃣seated calf raises 3x8 —I put a little bounce in mine to isolate my calf at the top of eat rep
2️⃣RDL 3x8 — I put plates under my toes to better isolate my hammies, make sure to keep your spine neutral, head down!
3️⃣hip thrusts 3x8 — keep your head back to keep the spine nuetral and squeeze up with glutes
