How’s your week been?
I’ve been keeping a food diary for a nutrition consultation with Lisa aka the @nomadicnourishingact. 🍽 The reason for this is because I’ve never ‘officially’ been diagnosed with a gluten-intolerance, however I’ve learnt that cutting it out (for the most part) makes me feel great, and eating it makes my stomach hurt and bloat, so Lisa may be able to help heal my gut and give some helpful tips! 🥑🍌🍠 Not only that, but @nomadicnourishingact also works with @doterra essential oils and so I went to an awesome evening hosted by her to learn more about them.
