Alright so FIRST I want everyone to understand that this is just what I definitely have every single day, and then I eat so many other things through out the day! No day is perfect, sometimes I have some pizza, ice cream, chocolate, something from a restaurant... in other words I don’t hold back. BUT I also don’t eat that way every single day, most days I’m pretty good. But one things for certain.. I eat what’s shown in this picture every day! I don’t skip out on these! I eat a 2000+ calorie diet, so I’ll have a big omelette, bagel with maybe some avocado, lots of stuff! If you know me you know I love food. And I only started meal prepping the other day and I just started adding grapefruit and kombucha every morning to my diet! I’m always improving my diet and trying to do better and some days I don’t eat well and most days I do. It’s all about balance. I’m not going to miss out on memories and skip going out with friends because that’s important. But I know my body and I listen to it.
There’s a misconseption that you have to eat less when striving for a better body.. which in some cases is true. But that’s where portion control comes in. And choosing better and healthier options. I’m no expert, but I DEFINITELY do my research on what I’m putting in my body and why. That’s a key factor, people don’t put in the research and education to understand what’s true and what’s not when it comes to a healthy diet. Last night I came home and made Mac n cheese and had some halo top ice cream 🤷🏼♀️ but I ate healthy all day long, balance 😉 I don’t obsess over my diet, but I don’t starve myself, I make sure I have those healthy options in my fridge and I eat a lot of them! I was going to post everything I eat but not every day is the same! So these are just what I have in my everyday routine to make sure I’m staying on top of things!
