This is a new take on the Gin and Tonic that we've never seen by . Simply awesome.
G & Tea
Teapot w/ strainer. (Important!) 4oz (120ml) Ki No Bi gin 1oz (30ml) Tea. (Room temperature) .5oz (15ml) Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup 4 Dashes Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters Dry ice ———————————————————— Combine all liquids in teapot, insert mesh strainer, drop in dry ice. Let cocktail “cook” for at least 2 minutes. Note: Don’t chill anything in advance! Keep liquids at room temperature. The dry ice will do the chilling for you. ———————————————————— Gyokuro tea. 2 tspn Gyokuro tea. 8oz hot water. Infuse for 4 minutes. Let cool before using. Disclaimer* Do NOT consume the dry ice. Use a teapot with a mesh strainer to avoid this.
