It's getting better, I am not sliding into the right pocket as much. Hips feel good. That hip band and the 10 sec holds are what really have helped.
Doing original strength moves vs traditional stretching has helped alot as well. Not perfect but definite improvements. I stayed light for cycle and really focused on better form. Wrist is ok so far. Two wks off the squat helped and switching out to high bar was a good decision in between cycles. Also didn't bench with a BB at all. Dbs and bands.

Single leg DL's with 25lbs kb each side. Hard. Needs work lol
Glute walk. Pick your feet up. No dragging!
