Used to come to this place a lot as a kid and when it was still a joint unbeknownst to tourists. This place still serves cha chai tang food but now is famous for crab roe noodles.
The crab roe flavour is rich but the portion is notoriously small. The noodle is spongy and has no much alkaline taste which is good. The squid patties are quite good but could get quite oily. You can ask the kitchen to pan fry it with less oil though.
The price is rising almost 10% every year which is very common for tourist spots now. As a Macaunese, I don’t like it but this is market.
