So this week I gained 3lbs....when I weighed in on Tuesday.....and I'm finally posting today which is Thursday. What I shouldve done is stepped off the scales feeling positive to turn my week around in order to see the loss I so desperately crave.
What I actually did was spend a whole day feeling sorry for myself and eating anything and everything. And then yesterday felt so bad about it I ate nothing all day and then ended up in the shop at 11pm buying pastries!!!!!! So enough of messing around. Back on it today and I know I won't see the loss I want to see next week but at least I'm not throwing away the whole week (which I normally do!)
Starting the day with 45g blueberry wheaties (heb), blueberry yoghurt, banana and pear.
