Today, i was testing out how long my makeup 💄 can survive with workout. Just so you guys know, i had the makeup on since 7:30 am and i did my workout around 7:30pm. So, i am impressed!!! Enough with the chitchat, today z workout moves are 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 💪 side leg raises:- 3 sets 20 reps each leg
💪 bicycle crunches:- 3 sets 20 reps
💪 Russian twist:- 3 sets with 25 reps
