1000 Reps of Arms ⬅️ Completed it mate ✅ MADNESS arm session this morning, a little bit short on time cuz we got some things planned for today so wanted get out n about abit earlier than usual, and also I felt like I needed a lay in and a little more sleep (if you can class 7am as a lay in 🤷🏽♂️😂) so with all this in mind it was the perfect reasoning behind this session, and it’s been a while since I’ve done some pure unadulterated Mitchell volume so that’s what I did! The other version of this workout is the 7’s workout I used to do which involves 700 reps but today I thought we’d go all out with the full 1000; 500 of each in a Superset fashion literally back to back (then ended with a 100 rep finisher on tri’s so TECHNICALLY it was 1100 but let’s not get hung up on particulars now 😉) but honestly it was a WICKED session and my arms felt swollen as FARCK by the end!! Aided today by a big ass scoop of @gaspari_nutrition_uk Superpump to get me through, rest day tomorrow which is needed and really try to unwind after what has been a full on few days! So here’s to the weekend ✌🏽 make sure y’all get out and enjoy that Vitamin D before it goes and have a good one!!
