Today I was strong. Intervals in heavy, wet, volcano sand became a harder workout than planned. Usually the sand is heavy enough (volcano/lava sand is heavy), but it being wet definately added another dimension. The workout was dividend into in 30 m or 60 m laps. Warm up: movement, stretch and 60 m x10 light run. Then 60 m:
Lunges, squat jumps, bear crawls, side steps in squat position (i call it ”the crab”). Then 30 m:
Push handstand practice, jump on one leg, jump on the other leg, high knee kicks, straight leg kicks (grand battement) and regular handstands.
