I love fitness.
I love training.
I love sharing it with others.
If i can put a smile on peoples faces while working out, or even after, than I’ve done my job.
A few Years ago, i was in a dark place. And i know that so many other people out there have been in a dark place too. Whether it be depression, anxiety, dealing with the past, dealing with the present, scared about the future. .
It wasn’t until I started working out within a small community where I started to see the true effects of training.
I had always ‘worked out’ and was the typical gym goer and then fell off and then went again and then fell off. .
It wasn’t until i started to ‘train’ rather than ‘work out’ that i saw the difference, physically and mentally.
Later i realized i wanted to share that with others and got myself into the fitness world. Teaching and training.
My goal is to show people that training can be fun and can do so much more for your life than just physical changes. The change it can make in your mental state, and therefore so many other areas of your life is profound.
