Be proud of yourself for bravely rising out of bed to face a new day, for drinking water, for taking a shower, for reminding yourself to breathe, for crying. And if today these things do not happen, it is still okay. You are already enough. 💓
Try to meet yourself wherever you are with deep compassion and understanding, for it is only you who truly knows how it feels to be in your body, and how hard you have fought to get to this point.
