This was a first for me today. Taking both the boys on my big shopping trip ( no choice ) and although I didn’t get everything on my list, I literally feel like super mom.
We started at Superstore, and here I realized Isaac is still a little small for his carrier. Things were awkward to grab and I struggled to put things on the belt when it came time to pay. That was until the lady in front me, had her son finish unloading my cart for me. What a blessing! I thanked her over and over. Then it was out to the car to get the groceries in the trunk, and a back seat feed for Isaac which he did not enjoy 😒 Almost gave up and went home, but on to Walmart we went. I used his neck pillow as more support for him in the carrier and it worked perfectly as you can see in this picture he is asleep! We got %90 of the list and I feel super proud. Two melt downs from Isaac, and I handle of whining sessions from Sammy, which I consider to be a success. When we were in the Walmart parking lot it was raining pretty hard, and I was trying to go as fast as I could to get the groceries in the car. Samuel was not happy about getting wet, but a man in his truck noticed and brought over his own hard hat for Sammy to wear. After holding it on his head for a few minutes, the man said, you can keep it! Samuels eyes lit up and so did my heart. The man was pretty impressed with Samuels manners when he yelled to the man walking away “ Thankyou very much!” Home now, both boys asleep, and all in all, pretty proud of myself 😊 #momlife
