Figured it was time to see if I could push pass 405lb deadlift and went for 425lb. I haven’t been doing a lot of work with it but I’m happy with small increments. Form was a little off, didn’t drop into my hips enough with slight rounding of the back but I’m still happy with what it looked like, now I just have to get my 405 stronger so I can nail it with better form and I’m on the road to 500lb hopefully by the end of 2018 πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ€˜πŸ»πŸ’―βœ… #fitnesslife #fitfam #fitness #gainz #letsgetstrongtogether #knowyourlimitsthencrushthem #pushyourself #health #fitnessmotivation #progressnotperfection #stayhumble #staymotivated #keeptrying #bodybuilding #keepgrinding #muscleandhealth #deadlift #pushinglimits #fitstagram #progress #powerlifting #makeitorbreakit #muscle

Due to my Crohn’s disease, I am very limited to what I can incorporate into my diet. It takes a lot of trial and error even now to see what foods will trigger my Crohn’s. One staple to my diet is brown rice, greens, and salmon. I am fortunate enough because this meal contains both fiber and protein.
