    Breakfast - if you're not hungry in the morning don't force yourself to eat right away. Wait until you actually want to. Some people really don't like eating first thing in the morning and that's fine, your body isn't going to go into 'starvation mode'. Delaying breakfast can work really well for some of you simply because it means you have more calories to eat later on when you have more time & actually want to eat. Others love breakfast in the typical sense and that's great too.     One more . . . Always keep your pictures as a motivation for you and you can check the difference! My basic rules to weight loss are: 1- Consult a dietitian. I consulted @nutritionist_dr_sheenu @healthyfysolutions for my complete diet and nutrition. I am still at it! 2- Make a routine for yourself. Very important! It is difficult in the beginning but then it becomes a habit. 3- Do workout for atleast 45 mins a day. Start with walking if you are a beginner. 4- Don’t lose hope. This is a slow process. You will hit Plateaus for days but be at it and see the difference. 5- check your fat and muscle weight both. Just don’t make the weighing scale your only medium for tracking progress. 6- Its fine to socialise without eating junk or consuming any drinks. Socialise with green tea, salted fresh lime and healthy options. 7- change your workouts when you hit a plateau. Walk/ cycling/ gymming/ skipping/ zumba choose any. Please consult a doctor or trainer when you are training or doing any of the above. @fitnesstrainer._santosh @meenalpathak_meestudio 8- Make sure to keep a check on your blood tests, vitamins etc. 9- Drink water whenever you can. 10- Take cheat days to reward your success. Don’t lose hope and have fun in this process.
