My basic rules to weight loss are:
1- Consult a dietitian. I consulted @nutritionist_dr_sheenu@healthyfysolutions for my complete diet and nutrition. I am still at it!
2- Make a routine for yourself. Very important! It is difficult in the beginning but then it becomes a habit.
3- Do workout for atleast 45 mins a day. Start with walking if you are a beginner.
4- Don’t lose hope. This is a slow process. You will hit Plateaus for days but be at it and see the difference.
5- check your fat and muscle weight both. Just don’t make the weighing scale your only medium for tracking progress.
6- Its fine to socialise without eating junk or consuming any drinks. Socialise with green tea, salted fresh lime and healthy options.
7- change your workouts when you hit a plateau. Walk/ cycling/ gymming/ skipping/ zumba choose any. Please consult a doctor or trainer when you are training or doing any of the above. @fitnesstrainer._santosh@meenalpathak_meestudio
8- Make sure to keep a check on your blood tests, vitamins etc.
9- Drink water whenever you can.
10- Take cheat days to reward your success. Don’t lose hope and have fun in this process.
