Whether you’re a kettle bell swinger, Olympic lifter or gymnast, you’ve probably experienced a rip 😩 before. If you haven’t- you’re lucky- so let’s try to keep it that way. 👍🏼
The products in this picture are how I keep my hands healthy even on high skill gymnastics or heavy barbell cycling! 👍🏼Healthy hands are SO important, especially with @crossfitgames season starting THIS WEEK- so heed my advice & start taking care of your hands TODAY! 🙏🏼
1) @prbalm 😍 this stuff works miracles if you have tears, or if you tear during the 2 days and you’re almost good as new! 😱
2) PUMICE STONE! This one is made from lava rock. I got it on @amazon for $8 and it’s massive. Use this bad boy DAILY as a part of your shower routine. 🛁
3) Corn Husker Lotion! It doesn’t smell pretty, it doesn’t feel like normal lotion, but it gets the job done. And @cohen_weightlifting turned me on to it (this guy knows his stuff!) 👌🏼
4) Last but not least- a callus shaver. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS. Use it when your hands are warm & wet. Use it on callused skin. Don’t “dig in” with it. But if you use it right, it will save you from calluses becoming nasty rips. 👏🏼
