    Raw chocolate salted caramel praline slices🌱💘👩🏼‍🍳 Recipe will be below... Base 1 cup walnuts 2 tablespoons Cacao 1.5 teaspoons salted caramel flavouring 1/4 cup dates 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener Caramel layer 1/2 cup cashews soaked overnight 1 teaspoon salad caramel extract Tablespoon melted coconut oil Tablespoon of peanut butter Soy milk to blend smooth Peanut layer 1 cup dates 1 tablespoon peanut butter 2 tablespoons of tahini 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract Choc layer 8 tablespoons melted coconut oil 8 tablespoons liquid sweetener 12 tablespoons of Cacao Method: 1. Blend walnuts in food processor then add all other base ingredients and when some press into a lined tin then pop into the fridge 2. Add cashews to the food processor and blend them up until they are small, add all other ingredients other than soy milk only add this when it needs more liquid to become smoother a little at a time 3. Pop back in fridge ( freezer if you want it to set quicker ) 4. Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until it’s the smoothest you can get it, then put back in fridge or freezer. 5. Melt coconut oil into a liquid 6. Add sweetener and cacao then pour onto your slice and put in fridge or freezer to set! 7.     Propozycja na szybkie i zdrowe śniadanie dla zabieganych. 🤗 Czekoladowa owsianka w formie koktajlu. U mnie ostatnio bardzo intensywnie, mało czasu na gotowanie. 😂 Owsiankę można również przygotować wieczorem i rano mamy pyszne , zdrowe śniadanie gotowe. robimy? Płatki owsiane ( użyłam 1,5 szklanki) zalewamy wrzątkiem i odstawiany na około 10 minut. Później dodajemy banana ( dodałam 2 🍌) gorzką czekoladę i blendujemy. Jeśli masa będzie za gęsta dolewamy troszkę ciepłej wody. Do owsianki nie dodałam słodzidła, ponieważ banany były bardzo dojrzałe i super słodkie. Posypałam nasionami chia, siemieniem lnianym i dorzuciłam kilka mrożonych malin.     Buongiorno a tutti stamattina noccioloso con banana 🍌 e burrodi arachidi🍨delizioso .Niente paura, con il mio Metodo puoi mangiarlo😋😋😋!Chi ha detto che per perdere peso bisogna rinunciare al gusto ed essere a dieta perenne ? Basta avere un pizzico di fantasia😍 e trovare l'alternativa è un gioco da ragazzi!!! La storia di tutte le diete:meno carboidrati, più proteine. Esercizio fisico intenso, ginnastica dolce. Qualsiasi combinazione tra “mangiare meno” e “muoversi di più”.🙀 Poi tutto cambia. La dieta ti annoia 😤e incominci a smaniare per tutto quello a cui hai rinunciato. Il corpo tende ad assuefarsi al programma di allenamento e non dà più segni di miglioramento.😰 Poi ti chiedi che cosa è successo alla bilancia, perché la lancetta continua a segnare lo stesso peso, se non persino qualche etto in più???!!! Quando si decide di fare una dieta bisogna capire se si è predisposti psicologicamente💆 e soprattutto adattare la dieta al proprio profilo psicologico,compensando la voglia di mangiare con quello che sappiamo che può farci star bene.
