Super sensitive subject! I am sooo self conscience about my skin. This “no-filter” selfie was hard to share. See, I have suffered from acne for the last two decades. Like, I don’t want to leave my house kind of breakouts. Now, I get the pleasure of acne and wrinkles? 😮ugh! When I started working out more, I started breaking out more! Sweat and wiping my face wrecked havoc! A few things that have helped:
▪️Don’t wear foundation during a workout. Makeup and sweaty pores are bad together!
▪️Don’t touch your face during and after workouts. This will block your pores.. think germs from the machines on your face! Ewe!
▪️Use a quality face product! It will refresh and clear up your skin faster than anything. Annnnd, fight the wrinkles that inevitably come.
