This year I have set a new goal to find more balance in my life both physically and mentally! So this week I have started a 7 day detox to reset my body. I’m so excited to start this journey and to see how my body responds!
My 7 day detox will include:
-2 days of green juicing, salads, and soup -2 days of just juicing -3 days of green juicing, salads and soup -Bikram yoga 4x per week
-45mins walking everyday -10mins of meditation everyday -Ocean swims
After the 7days of cleansing I will introduce more protein, carbs, and calories back into my diet as I start to increase my training!
My Current body weight is 58.8kgs at 19.4% body fat although I’m not focused on this it’s good to have a base of where I’m currently sitting.
