Combining two of possibly the most relaxing things in this world - drinking wine and listening to old vinyls. 🍷
The more you listen to records the more you change them, age them like fine wine, and it's a feeling that can't really be explained. Like putting your own stamp on something mass-made.
The needle of the turntable scratches the grooves in the record a little bit deeper each time, bumping and skipping tiny microscopic dust particles, creating little crackles and slight unique distortions in each song. It's a sound that's so unmistakably analog, with so much history and humanity woven into it, forever changing and ever so slightly degrading over time, much like all of us. :) Listening to records isn't so much about the music itself, as it is about slowing down, appreciating little spontaneous moments and taking the time to handle something gently and carefully, thus handling your own soul gently and carefully in the process. #vintagevibes #analog #music #turntable #vinyls #records
