Slowly trimming down. Concentrating on building muscles & getting strong so cardio is an after thought. •
The focus is on completing each exercise with good form, correct technique and breathing, which effectively uses a lot of the core. •
Recently just increased my training volume and dropped my caloric intake to lean up more. I get hella tired so, I’m napping during the day after my big workout days. 😌
